Land of Sarrabulho
Traditional northern dish,
sarrabulho is among the most outstanding delicacies in this regional cuisine,
for its authenticity. Pork, pig's blood, sausages (sausages), beef and plenty of bread to give consistency to the dish. More
the seasonings.
Sarrabulho is a specialty "difficult to make people who are not Minho to like, the fact that it takes blood is enough to keep most of the
curious" [1]
The
sarrabulho rice is cooked with the broth from the cooking of various meats (pork, beef, chicken and chorizo). during cooking
Pig blood and spices are added.
